If you'd like to donate and receive a tax receipt, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING STEPS BEFORE MAKING A DONATION TO CHRW FunDrive 2011. If you don't, CHRW may not receive your donation.

1. Again, please read the following instructions - it is very important that you do so Radio Western (CHRW) will receive your donation.

2. When you click on the link below you will be directed to the UWO Online Giving Page website. THIS NEXT STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT.

3. Click on the drop down menu, and select "Special Projects"

4. Then click on the second drop down menu and select "CHRW FunDrive 2011"

5. Then fill in the amount and any other special instructions (such as one-type or recurring)

6. Enter any additional information you wish and complete the rest of the fields as requested.

7. Send a seperate email to Grant Stein at chrwgm@chrwradio.com to notify him of your donation and we will follow up to ensure your donation reaches CHRW.
