All CHRW programmers appreciate the fact that you support the station by listening...and by donating to CHRW you help purchase equipment and tools they need to create the programming you enjoy. This year CHRW introduces the "Friends of CHRW" to thank you for donating. Everyone who donates at least $10 will receive the Friends of CHRW card - you're not donating to get the card...you get the card because you donated...

So what will the card be used for?

Each month the CHRW Promotions Department will create several "Friends of CHRW" exclusive promotions available for card holders. They will include such things as CD giveaways, ticket contests, guest speakers at the University of Western Ontario, deals that other cardholders offer...and we will thank our donors by contacting them and offering them chances to participate.

In the near future we will be opening the Friends of CHRW program to local businesses that share our philosophy. The kinds of businesses we will looking for are those who offer something unique to their customers, just like CHRW does. They will be "independently owned", not national chains, and be able to offer something that is unique to the Friends of CHRW. CHRW will be approaching businesses in the coming weeks to participate...
