Anyone who donates to CHRW can either get a charitable tax receipt or can choose from one of the incentives.  The taxman says you can’t have both.  The reason for that is we would have to remove the value of the incentive from the pledge and we have no way of valuing the Friends of CHRW Card.  When you receive a pledge make sure you explain this to the listener.

$40 or more - receive a Friends of CHRW Card, your choice of CD from the CHRW Prize Cabinet ...

$80 or more - receive a Friends of CHRW Card, your choice of CD from the CHRW Prize Cabinet, an exclusive annual funding drive t-shirt ...

*UWO Students presenting their Student ID card and Validation Card can take $10 off the above as they have paid $10 in their student fees - show your cards to the Station Manager, Program Director or Music and Promotions Director

Here's how the “Friends of CHRW” Card works...

1. Everyone who donates at least $20 will receive the Friends of CHRW Card.

2. Local businesses and services offer discounts to 94.9 CHRW listeners who have donated and received the card.  We will be asking them to put signage (that we will create and pay for) indicating their support of CHRW and the Friends of CHRW Card.

3. 94.9 CHRW promotes those businesses by mentioning them on our website and by involving them in the station.
